April is the persons name. They hope to make it open next weekend, but there are some obstacles that might delay the opening a week or so.

yeah...they put cookie crumbs on the top...I guess if you just keep the straw on the bottom it wouldn't clog, but I play with mine, lol

Cappuccino...........Mmmmmmmmmmm...my fav. Have never tried caramel though.

Think I'll have to stick to the coffee though and leave the yummies out for awhile. Not very flattering on the body...lol

That's exciting - looks like a great place to hang out and browse the web or read a book and enjoy a hot cup of coffee this winter.

We went to Kidd Coffee yesterday morning and sat down, read the papers and drank our Milky Way cappucinos. They have a nice selection of coffees, both hot and cold, along with other drinks if your aren't a coffee drinker. They also have a limited lunch menu that looks yummy!

Inside they have different sets of chairs, a small couch, fireplace, and tables and chairs and a small counter to sit down and relax. A very welcomed addition to Monroe!

I stopped by Kidd Coffee this morning. I really liked the atmosphere and wish I could have stayed to read the newspaper, but being that I was already 5 minutes late to work...I had to leave! :(
C'mon Monroe, let's support our local businesses. I expected the place to be packed, but I was the only customer. Service was great, coffee was great, and they mentioned they're working on a drive thru.

Drive thru would work for me. Imagine the number of parents who take their kids to school, could stop by and get a great cup of Kidd coffee.

I stopped in this morning for a Caramel Macchiato (YUMMY!) and it only took a couple minutes so let's not let the fact of "no drive thru yet" stop you from going.
