Ameristop Manager Robbed

Tanja Anderson, manager of the Monroe Ameristop was robbed while making a deposit to the local branch of First National Bank of Southwestern Ohio. It was reported that a man wearing a ski mask assulted Tanja, grabbed the deposit bag and made off on foot. The man was described as being approximately 5‘ 9" and 160 lbs. Duke the crime dog, along with Office David Chasteen tracked the suspect through several yards along Old and Elm Streets. The track was lost near RT 63 where it is assumed that a getaway car was waiting.
