Bristols to be regulated by city
Wednesday, May 25, 2005 9:55:22 AM - Monroe Ohio

The city of Monroe very likely will begin regulating the dancers at Bristols when Supreme Court of Ohio refuses to hear the appeal from the night club owners. The federal court already refused to hear the case. Regulation of sexually oriented businesses has proven quite effective across the nation, and has been repeatedly upheld by most states Supreme Courts and the US Supreme Court.

Some of the regulations:
1.Prohibit contact between dancers and patrons
2. Require dancers and operators to have registered business liscenses
3. Keep dancers at least 3' from patrons
4. Restrict hours of operation
5. Monitor dancers attire
6. Allow equal opportunity for male dancers

It is our sincere hope that Bristols will be regulated right out of town. But if not, I urge the local guys to apply.
