The mission of
the Monroe Athletic Booster Club (MABC) is to
facilitate and promote the activities of the Monroe High
School's sports programs. MABC will work with the
coaches and administration to support the athletic program by providing funding,
boosting attendance, building morale and providing an enjoyable healthy
environment for the student-athletes. MABC will be responsible for raising
funds required to meet the club's objectives.
Highlights from the Booster Club meeting:
- The changes instituted this year to manage the
concession stand were effective. The increase in profits from the previous year
was greater than $15,000. A special thanks to Ted & Delores Rarig and the
Harrington family for their efforts in making the transition successful. The
Concession Stand subteam will regroup this spring to prepare for the 2008-2009

outstanding job of managing the concession stand this year. Thank you,

summary, and comments and recommendations were captured from the discussions.
Members discussed the summary and were asked to come back to the March meeting
