About the Owner:
Brooke (Cramer) Robinson brings 20 years of dance, cheerleading, and pageant experience to New Star Dance Center. Brooke began dancing at the age of four and has been in love with it ever since. While growing up in Franklin, Ohio, Brooke took classes at several area studios, including Dayton Ballet. She began teaching classes to younger children while in high school. In college, Brooke taught at a studio in Indiana while a student at Miami University in Oxford. Many of her students won gold and high gold awards in local competitions. Because of her love of children, Brooke majored in Early Childhood Education and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Education in 2004. She is currently a second grade teacher for Lebanon City Schools.
Brooke began competing in pageants at the age of five and has held many titles, including Miss Riverdays, Miss Miamisburg, Ohio Honey Festival Queen, and Liberty National Queen. Brooke is the pageant director for the Ben Franklin Days Festival and Tis the Season Christmas Festival, both held in Franklin, Ohio.
Brooke married her high school sweetheart, T.J., in June 2005, and they reside in Middletown with their dog, Gracie.
Brooke believes that dance for young children should be about FUN! At New Star Dance Center, students will learn developmentally appropriate dance in a non-threatening, non-competitive atmosphere. Students will learn skills and strategies that will help them exceed in all areas of life. Through dance, students will learn poise, grace, body awareness, flexibility, good exercise habits, confidence, and interpersonal skills.
Brooke is excited to share her passion for dance with your children at New Star Dance Center!
