Volunteers For School Upgrade Project Needed
Monday, July 10, 2000 12:00:00 AM - Monroe Ohio
The Monroe School District is currently seeking volunteers to help with maintenance issues at the high school. Workers are needed to replace light bulbs, paint classrooms, and provide a general improvement to the aesthetics of the school interior. These volunteers are not to replace the normal maintenance crews at the schools but merely to supplement the workers at a minimal cost while the search for additional paid maintenance employees continues. A meeting will be held at 7pm on July 14 at James Monroe Community Room at the city building on Main Street. This is intended to be an organizational meeting, with the work sessions to be scheduled at a later date. Anyone interested in volunteering is encouraged to attend this meeting or contact facilities committee member.

Steve Campbell at 539-7373 or Detective Kimberly Pant at 539-9234
