There are at least 11 different churches in Monroe today, covering a diverse array of cultures and beliefs.  There is one Baptist Church, one Catholic Church, one Christian Church, one Church of God, one Methodist Church, one Presbyterian, one Church of the Nazarene, one Unity Church, and two non-denominational churches.  Tfdshere is also one Catholic school.
