Middletown Performing Arts Academy Fund Raising Event.....
WHERE: Towne Mall: 3461 Towne Blvd., Franklin, OH (Middletown exit)
WHEN: Saturday, October 27, 2012 – 7:00-9:00 p.m.
Doors open at 6:15 p.m. to preview auction items.
COST: $2.00 per paddle plus quarters for bidding
It is getting close!!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS VOLUNTEERED TO DONATE ITEMS! We are getting a very exciting collection of great items to auction off in addition to the donated items by the quarter auction company.
**All items with a white ribbon/bow are items that Performing Arts Academy will get 100% of the quarters bid – Be watching for them!
NEEDED: We still need a few more items for the concession stand:
Hot Dogs – 7 packs needed
Chili (for chili dogs) – 1 crockpot full
Cheddar Cheese – 5 packages of shredded needed
Napkins/small plates – 120 total of each needed (cheap brand is just fine!)
Individual bags of chips – 50 bags needed
Baked Goods – need cupcakes and brownies
Water – 2 more cases needed
Pop – 10 more cases needed
