Neighborhood Housing Services of Hamilton is a HUD approved non profit counseling agency. Foreclosure intervention counselors are available to assist homeowners who are behind on their monthly mortgage payments or are facing foreclosure. Rescue funds are available for those who have a workable solution. The rescue funds are in the form of a forgivable loan for those who are 65% below the area median income and a deferred loan for those who are above 65% of the area median income.
