| The Lakota Family is now offering the fitness Flex plan for $25. This includes 20 classes listed in the "Fitness FLEX Plan" schedule and in the YMCA brochure (babysitting included. These drop in classes will meet for 7 weeks from November 2- December 20, 2009. The classes included in this plan are Body Sculp, Basic Spin, Basic Low Impact Aerobics, Cardio Camp, Zumba, Yoga, Aqua Express, Deep Water Aerobics, Shallow Water Aerobics, Shallow Water Aerobics.
