Could someone point me in the right direction to find out who is Monroe's oldest living military Veteran and how I could get in contact with them?

Follow the guy who's turn signal is on for 50 miles before turning into the VFW?
Seriously, I would contact the local American Legion, VFW and DAV posts-someone there will usally know or know someone who knows..

Cool it is Star, but I bet the Finkster wants to get them there to honor them at the 4th celebration..so is that possible? Maybe their family would step in and help make that happen!

I would like to see Bob Hale speak at a local event. He was my grandfather's best friend, he is an amazing guy. I love to listen to his stories about Monroe, and of course the dirt he has on my own father :-) If anyone does not know this man, you are missing out!

Ask the Chief of Police, one of the cops is probably the oldest vet in Monroe. They handled war and now crime. Brave person.
