Monroe Firefighters IAFF Local 3824 will be having a food booth at this years Light up the Sky event. All proceeds from our booth will be going to the Kenny Ellis Cancer Fund. Kenny is an eight year member of the Monroe Fire Department. He was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer and is currently undergoing radiation and chemotherapy treatments. We will be selling Italian Sausage sandwiches, corn on the cob, funnel cakes and cold beverages. Please help support one of our own by stopping by and having some great food.

Thanks to everyone who stopped by and made our first day a great success. Stop by today and tell all your friends to do the same. We hope to have an even bigger crowd to finish off the event.

Thanks to all of those who came to support one of our own. With your help we were able to raise over $2,700 to place in the Cancer Fund. Again, Thanks for all your support. It is greatly appreciated.
