The first wall for Home Depot's new distribution center was raised yesterday, prior to final approval from the Monroe School Board. Apparently the school boards delay to sign the deal, hasn't delayed the construction schedule.

Has this project started without school board approval?

Still Only 1 wall standing. This is the 3rd day since they put up the first wall.

I wonder if the project is being delayed, or if it is just a normal construction delay.

Fair amount of rain over the past few days. That may make things kinda squishy. I wouldn't want to be around if the crane footing was squishy.
