The Middletown Teachers Association and the Monroe executive committee began meeting Wednesday February 23. These discussions are not binding and are just preliminary.  The two groups met to discuss staffing for Monroe Elementary and Lemon-Monroe High School if Monroe voters approve a new district in the March 7 elections.
