Voith Sulzer by John Beagle

Monroe's 4th largest employer closed the plant laying off all hourly workers late in 1999. Now, today February 23, 2000 the clerical office workers are out of a job. This has an impact of losing 200 jobs*

Most of the jobs lost were of those who worked on the factory floor and built a variety of machines for the paper industry.  The machine to the right is of a paper pulper.
