If you don't have internet on the computer, but have a flash drive, go to that site on another computer, download the drivers, and then install them on your computer from the flash drive. Let me know if you need anything else! (BTW...most people don't keep those disks so your best bet is getting the drivers this way)
The problem with Dell is everything must be installed in exact order. I did download the ethernet driver on to USB and transferred it to the computer and was then able to go online and download the rest directly. I know I'm missing the driver for the wireless adapter but after many hours of frustration, I gave up. It'll be easy enough to install a new card.
I looked at the site and they only had a USB 2.0 wireless driver. Did the wireless card come pre-installed on your computer or was it something you had done after you bought it?
