The Monroe Hornets Football Team and the youth at 1st Baptist Church of Monroe will be collecting clothes, shoes, etc.. from Noon to 3 p.m. for the flood victims in Nashville, Tennessee.
There will be 2 community drop-off locations; 1) 1st Baptist Church of Monroe and 2) Monroe High School. Members of the football team as well as 1st Baptist Church youth members and church members will be on hand to take any and all donations.
Mark your calendar for Saturday May 15 from noon to 3 p.m.-
Financial donations to help pay for the shipping of the items to Nashville will also be accepted. Donations in the forms of checks MUST be made out to 1st Baptist Church of Monroe.
