With the new year, Middletown Regional Hospital will become a member of Dayton-based Premier Health Partners. Premier Health Partners  includes the Miami Valley and Good Samaritan hospitals in Dayton. The affiliation plan was announced in March; the formal agreement was signed earlier this week. Middletown Regional Hospital, launched in 1917, still plans to break ground next year on a $125 million medical complex east of the Interstate 75/Ohio 122 interchange.
