La La the wicked witch is dead. That's what I feel like singing when I heard that Bristol's is closed. Wednesday, it was official. Bristols was evicted, the locks were changed and a notice from landlord William Fox, Jr. was posted on the door.

With one down and one to go, it looks like Monroe has improved its image slightly.

Terry Wolfe, Bristol's owner, hopes to find a new location, and so do the residents of Monroe.
