According to Randy Asher, whose company Atlantic Homes is building 25 new homes in Monroe Crossings, "Monroe has the perception of newness. Newness in the housing and the school system, which is the exact opposite of other other cities in the county."
"As a native of Cincinnati, we used to think that anything outside 275 was in the boondocks. That perception has changed. Monroe has major growth potential and we want to build there. Right now we plan to build 25 new homes, but would not rule out building more."
