Whispering Oaks Cut-through to Colonial Manor

Regarding the connection from the two neighborhoods Whispering Oaks and Colonial Manor:

At the Council meeting this week, it was stated that the speed study would take approximately two weeks and the traffic volume study would take about a month.

Part of the purpose of the study is to warrant a traffic signal at Rt. 63 and Hollytree which I believe is the reason for the longer study.
