600 Jobs to be created August 19, 2000 - Kohl‘s has decided to build in the Monroe Commerce Park on 63. The warehouse will be 525,000 square feet and will cost $28.2 million. . Kohl‘s chose our site due in large part to the 8 year 70% job creation tax credit. :
