Monroe Lending Library will have a special Valentine Craft and Story Time on Saturday, February 11th for children ages 5 to 11 years of age. Story time begins at 11 a.m. followed by the Valentine craft. The address is 231 Macready Avenue in the modules behind the Greentree Health Science Academy. The library offers numerous books on all types of needlework - knitting, quilting, cross stitch, embroidery and needlepoint. Anyone interested in learning or helping others learn these crafts, please stop by the Monroe Lending Library during regular hours. Times for these crafts will be determined by the response we get. Bring a friend or neighbor, all ages and gender are welcome. Teach others, learn new crafts and make new friends.
