Baseball/Softball Sign-ups 2006
New this year - Boys and Girls T-Ball will be split. Girls T-Ball will be combined with Lakota, see Girls Softball Section for details.
Registration will start January 28th. 3 ways to register.
In-Person registration is now at Monroe School (was at Park). When:
- Opening day is May 6, 2006.
Where:
- Boys Kinder T and Coach Pitch will be @ Monroe Park.
- All other division will be @ Monroe Park and travel.
Cost:
- 1 child $80, 2 children $105, 3 children $120, 4th child up $25ea.

click on form, fill in and print 3 copies, sign them, you keep 1, and mail 2 copies to: "MSA PO Box 183 Monroe, Ohio 45050" with check.
