Monroe Elementary hosts COSI program Tweet

Students at Monroe Elementary will get a sampling of the COSI (Center of Science and Industry) museum in Columbus on Wednesday and Thursday, January 24 and 25. The museum has a traveling show which visits schools throughout Ohio and allows children to have hands-on experiences with different areas of science. This year‘s theme is the Science of Structures. Several stations are set up in the gymnasium (staffed by PTO volunteers) and after a presentation by staff from the COSI museum students are allowed to travel from station to station experimenting with different aspects of the science of structures.
