This book is written by one of the co-authors of the Left Behind series.  The time frame fir this book is after WWIII.  The world leaders resolve to eliminate war.  The WWIII global conflict killed millions and wiped out entire countries.  All nations agree to eradicate the most serious threat to world peace – religion.  Paul is a leader in the new National Peace Organization determined to expose religious zealots and destroy them.  However, something happens to Paul that changes everything.

The library will be having its first needlecraft class.  Anyone interested in learning or helping others learn to knit, crochet, embroider, needlepoint, cross-stitch, quilt or any other needlecraft, bring your materials and join in the fun.  Don’t forget we have the books that can help you.

Saturday, May 20^th

Monroe Lending Library will be participating in the Community-Wide Garage Sale.  Our sale will be held at the Library.  We will be selling books that are duplicate copies and well-read books of all kinds.  Watch for the sign at Macready & Britton Lane.

Book Club meet.  PLAIN TRUTH by Jodi Picoult is the book chosen for the discussion.
