| Monroe Possible Site for New Industrial Park |

Monroe seems to be the place to build a new business. CIL Inc. has noticed this trend and plans to set up an industrial park on 19 acres of a 100 acre property located on the corner of Ohio 63 and Main Street. They have requested that the landed be rezoned from multi-family residential to light industrial.
A public hearing has been scheduled for January 23rd at the city building. If CIL Inc. does get their wish the next step would be to present plans to the Monroe Planning Commission.
