Fall Registration 2007
WELL YAH...it's already time to think about Fall.

Please sign-up early, our numbers are growing and it is getting harder and harder to accommodate late registrations.
All registrations received on or before are guaranteed to participate in the Fall 2007 season. All late registrations received after June 2^th, 2007 will be assigned a spot on teams as available and not guaranteed. All registrations after June 2^th will be placed on a first come first serve basis.

When:

·  All games will be on Saturdays. Starting around August 25^th. 8 games.

Where:

·  Most divisions will travel in MVS area. Candy will play at Monroe Park.

·  Practices for all Monroe teams will take place in Monroe.

What:

·  All games will be normal division format.

·  NEW - All divisions are gender split.

·  All divisions are blind draft based on age/experience.

Registration:

·  Deadline: June 2^th, 2007 - Online Deadline is June 2^th @ 11:59pm

·  Online dates: Register Now

***Candy(age 4) must register in-person(see below)

·  Inperson dates:

·  Mail: Print Registration Form, fill out, and mail to address on form

·  ALL first time players must provide birth certificate. If you have never played for MSA before then you must provide a birth certificate.

Costs:

·  $60.00 for 1 child (2nd child $50, 3rd child $35, 4th-up free)

·  shirts, shorts, socks will be provided
