| Over the holidays many children in the Monroe area found themselves blessed with an abundance of toys. Some of them found it in their hearts to share their good fortune. Joe Farrish, Andrew Hollon, Bobby Beagle and Johnny Beagle donated several dozen stuffed animals that they won at a New Year‘s Eve carnival to the Monroe Police Department. Detective Kim Fogle said that these toys would be put to good use by the police department for needy children and also will be used by police officers when dealing with children in emergency situations. |
