| Monroes plans of having it‘s own grocery store are going closer now that the site plan submitted by Munafo Seven Inc. to the Planning Commission was approved. Along with it came several contingencies, including the submission of a ser of road plans for improving the area. Munafo Seven inc. plans to develope a 28,000 square foot Jubliee Foods grocery store. The next step is to choose a contractor for the construction project. Munafo plans to break ground by October 1st once a contractor has been choosen. |
