MONROE YOUTH BASKETBALL

BOYS GRADES K – 6^TH

WHEN:     There will be evaluation days on December 1^st,

                   and December 8. Please attend both if possible.

                  Grades K – 2 will come in at 9:00am – 11:00am.

                   Grades 3 – 6 will come in at 10:00am – 12:00pm.

LOCATION:     K-2 Auxiliary Gym (Little Gym on south end)

                             Grades 3-6 in Jr. High Competition Gym.

COST:       The cost will be $40 per player.

                   Bring money and pay at the door on evaluation days. 

                   Checks made out to Monroe Boys Basketball Program.

GAMES:   Each player will be evaluated and placed on a team of

                   his age level or ability.  The games will be played on

                   Saturday mornings starting the first Saturday in

                   January. There will be some weeknight games in Feb.

                   The season will consist of approximately 8 games. 

                             January 5^th – Mid February.

PRACTICE:      Each team will be given practice time at the    School one night a week.  The night will be decided on by the coach.

**ANYONE THAT WANTS TO VOLUNTEER AS A COACH, A SCOREKEEPER, OR A REFEREE NEEDS TO CONTACT MARK OSTERMAN AT 539-8747. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN COACHING YOU MUST ATTEND THE EVALUATION DAYS.
