Congratulations to Daniel Howard and Kathryn Chamberlain. They were selected as the most outstanding artists of the first Monroe Arts Fair. Daniel was selected as the most outstaning senior high student, and Kathryn was selected as the most outstanding Junior High Student. They received certificates, ribbons, and cash awards.
