There was no doubt who was going to be the next principal at the school board meeting. Bob Leahy was the only candidate present, so when the board voted unanimously to approve him as the next principal, it was no surprise. Mr. Leahy, a 13 year Monroe resident, has 3 boys in the Monroe school system. He replaces Rob Amodio, who left last February, to take a job with the Fairfield school system.
Mr. Leahy comes from Franklin City Schools where he was principal in good standing. |
