On Sunday April 13th, at 2:00 PM, Monroe Local Schools will sponsor an
open forum with our state representatives.
The subject is Ohio school funding.
"I
encourage everyone to attend, and to come prepared with questions and comments
about Ohio school funding. Senator Gary Cates has confirmed his appearance, but
I don't yet know who else from our state government will attend." Tom Birdwell
Senator Cates lives in West Chester. His current term expires in December this year. He is elligible to run for another four year term. He is the Vice Chair of the Ohio Education Committee.
