The Monroe Head Football coaching position was posted on Friday.  The process will begin with accepting applications from candidates then at least two round of interviews will occur.  Current AD, Mr. Singleton and Mr. Bauer will run the first round of interviews with an assistand principal, and a head coach from Monroe Senior High. There will be predetermined questions and a very structured process.

First round will begin on May 12.  Second round shortly after.  Round two will be with two board members, myself, the HS principal and the two AD’s.  Again, structured questions and process.

It is anticipated that the candidate will be hired at the May 27 board meeting. 

The district would like to offer best wishes to Coach Krause as he moves into the Middletown position.  He did a fine job of coaching very talented Monroe student-athletes and building the program to the point it is at today.  We wish him the best.
