Baker donates 55 Acres for Park! Tweet

Baker Concrete, a Monroe business, donated and the city accepted, 55 acres for a park to become the Baker Sports Complex. The land is east of Cincinnati-Dayton Road near the end of Toddhunter. The park is expected to open in October of 2003 depending upon construction and weather conditions over the next year. Mayor Mike Morris is excited to have additional playing fields for Monroe Soccer and or other sports.
