EMERGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 59-2008. A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TAX BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF MONROE, OHIO, FOR THE 2009 FISCAL YEAR, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
