The March meeting of the Monroe Garden Club will meet on the 20th at 7:00 p.m. in the James Monroe Community Room in the City Administration Building.  The guest speaker will be Roy McCutchen, owner of The Black Barn in Lebanon.  If you are interested in attending this meeting, please contact Peggy Abernathy at 539-7892.  Guest are always welcome.
