You can't judge a book by its cover, but first impressions count. There are two main entrances to Monroe, from the east I-75/ST Rt 63 and from the west ST RT 4/ST Rt 63. As you enter the city from the east, you see Bristols Strip Club and Hustler Hollywood. As you enter from the west you could see Section 8 Housing if Monroe Crossings is developed as currently planned.
