Old Business
Ordinance No. 2009-06. An Ordinance supplementing Section 452.03 of the
Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Monroe to restrict
parking on curbed streets measuring twenty eight feet from curb to curb, or
less, on the side of the street where a fire hydrant is located or as
determined by the City Engineer. (Tabled March 10, 2009)
Resolution No. 30-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter
into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Arcadis for
professional engineering services for an Elevated Tank Siting Study.
Ordinance No. 2009-11. An Ordinance amending Exhibit "1" of Ordinance No.
2008-62 to adjust the minimum and maximum wage/salary range for certain
positions.
New Business
Emergency Resolution No. 31-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager
to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and HC Nutting
for professional construction testing services for the Cincinnati Premium
Outlets Public Roadway Improvement Project, and declaring an emergency.
Consideration of Motion to not request a hearing on the issuance of a liquor
permit to Jace Corporation located at 5873 Hamilton-Middletown Road.
Consideration of Motion approving a change order to the Veterans Memorial
Project in the amount of $1,838.00.
