As the year comes to an end, Monroe Elementary School has several important dates set for students and parents.

Field Days for Monroe Elementary School students are as follows:

May 22, 6th grade will have Field Day from 9:15 - 11:15 and 3rd grade will have their Field Day from 12:30 - 2:30. 

May 26, 5th grade will have Field Day from 9:15 - 11:15 with 4th grade having their Field Day from 12:30 - 2:30.

May 27 5th and 6th grade will have their choir concert at 9:30.  This is also the day of the "Best of Show" Art Display.   Also on May 27, Market Day Pick-up will be held in the Monroe Elementary Cafeteria from 5:00-6:00 PM.

On June 3, 2009, the school will hold awards assemblies for each grade: 

4th grade students will be recognized at 9:15 AM

3rd grade students will be recognized at 10:15 AM

5th grade students will be recognized at 1:00 PM.   

On June 4th, 2009,  6th grade students will be recognized at 9:15 AM.
