Ordinance No. 2009-06. An Ordinance supplementing Section
452.03 of the Traffic Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Monroe to
restrict parking on curbed streets measuring twenty eight feet from curb to
curb, or less, on the side of the street where a fire hydrant is located or as
determined by the City Engineer.(Tabled
on March 10, 2009)

Emergency Resolution No. 34-2009. A Resolution clarifying
the City of Monroe's commitment and acceptance of responsibility for the local
cost and annual maintenance of the Streetscape Concept of the
I-75 and State Route 63 Interchange, and declaring an
emergency.

Resolution No. 35-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City
Manager to lease a Canon copier and enter into a maintenance agreement for said
copier.

220.02 of the Administration Code of the Codified Ordinances to eliminate the
specific number of the members of Council on the Committees of Council.
