Emergency Resolution No. 32-2009. A Resolution approving
a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $3,606.31 to Southeastern Equipment
Co., Inc., and declaring an emergency. (Tabled May 26,
2009)
Resolution No. 35-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City
Manager to lease a Canon copier and enter into a maintenance agreement for said
copier. (Second Reading)
New Business
Emergency Resolution No. 36-2009. A Resolution to
authorize the City Manager to enter into a collective bargaining agreement by
and between the City of Monroe and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters,
Local 100, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 37-2009. A Resolution amending
Emergency Resolution No. 21-2009 approving blanket purchase orders as
recommended by the Director of Finance and City Manager, and declaring an
emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 38-2009. A Resolution
authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Participation Agreement by and
between the City of Monroe and the Board of Butler County Commissioners to
utilize the Butler County 800 Megahertz Public Safety Communication System, and
declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 39-2009. A Resolution
authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding by and
between the City of Monroe and United Way of Greater Cincinnati for a Born
Learning Trail at Monroe Crossings Park, and declaring an emergency.
Consideration of Motion approving the expenditure of
$18,178.00 for the purchase of a self propelled road saw, attachments, and
blades for the Department of Public Works.
