On tonight's City Council agenda ia an emergency resolution that authorizes the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Monroe and the United Way of Cincinatti so that a Born Learning Traim can be constructed at Monroe Crossings Park.  The United Way feels that Born Learning Trails, which are being built all over the country, are great ways to encourage adults and young children to participate in early learning while having fun at one of their favorite destinations.
