Emergency Resolution No. 43-2009. A Resolution accepting grant funds from the Ohio Department of Public Safety to be used towards the assistance in training, equipping, and improving availability, accessibility, and quality of emergency medical services, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 44-2009. A Resolution adopting the Tax Budget for the City of Monroe, Ohio, for the 2010 Fiscal Year, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 45-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and CDS Associates, Inc. for professional services for the streetscape concept of the State Route 63 and Interstate 75 Interchange Gateway Project, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 46-2009. A Resolution authorizing the payment and settlement of Case No. 06-CV-66804 known as the City of Monroe versus Helen L. Frick, et al, in the Court of Common Pleas of Warren County and authorize the City Manager to execute a settlement agreement, and declaring an emergency.
