Old Business
Ordinance No. 2009-27. An Ordinance directing the Director of Finance to certify any and all unpaid assessments to the Butler and Warren County Auditors for all unpaid water, sanitary sewer, storm water, and trash accounts.
Ordinance No. 2009-28. An Ordinance levying assessments for street lighting and listing real properties to be assessed.
Resolution No. 62-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the purchase of a GPS Wireless Fleet Tracking System by and between the City of Monroe and Navman Wireless.
Resolution No. 63-2009. A Resolution designating the Monroe Community Improvement Corporation as agency for the industrial, commercial, distribution, and research development for the City of Monroe, establish the policy of the City to promote the health, safety, morals, and general welfare of the inhabitants of the City through such designation, and authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Monroe Community Improvement Corporation as set forth in Ohio Revised Code Section 1724.10.
New Business
Emergency Ordinance No. 2009-30. An Ordinance reducing special assessments levied for the purpose of constructing certain improvements and declaring an emergency. Emergency Resolution No. 64-2009. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $649,384.00 to Helen L. Frick, Jay E. Frick, and Richard H. Glazer Co., LPA, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 65-2009. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $10,092.77 to the Warren County Clerk of Courts, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 66-2009. A Resolution amending Emergency Resolution No. 41-2009 approving blanket purchase orders as recommended by the Director of Finance and the City Manager, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 67-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the award and purchase of two one-ton crew cab four wheel drive heavy duty pickup trucks, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 68-2009. A Resolution authorizing and directing the City Manager to advertise and receive bids, according to law, for two utility bodies to outfit two one-ton crew cabs for the Department of Public Works, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 69-2009. A Resolution expressing support for Monroe Local Schools substitute 9.71 mills tax levy appearing on the November 3, 2009 ballot and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 70-2009. A Resolution making an appointment to the Butler County 9-1-1 Planning Committee and declaring an emergency.
