Emergency Resolution No. 72-2009. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $3,901.46 to Labyrinth Management Group, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 73-2009. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $50,074.63 to Van Kley & Walker, LLC, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 74-2009. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $8,066.48 to A & A Safety, Inc., and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 75-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for the award and purchase of a combination spreader dump body with hitch and plow for four International Trucks, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 76-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to advertise for the lease of real property containing approximately 55 gross acres located on North Main Street, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 77-2009. A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Ordinance No. 2009-31. An Ordinance approving the editing and inclusion of certain ordinances as parts of the various component codes of the Codified Ordinances; providing for the adoption of new matter in the updated and revised Codified Ordinances; publishing the enactment of such new matter; repealing ordinances and resolutions in conflict therewith, and declaring an emergency.
