Resolution No. 90-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and ComDoc for the lease of a new copier for the Department of Development.
New Business
Ordinance No. 2009-34. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2009-29, otherwise known as the appropriations ordinance, to meet current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe, during fiscal year ending December 31, 2009.
Emergency Resolution No. 91-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Fraunfelter Accounting Services for Generally Accepted Accounting Principles consulting services, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 92-2009. A Resolution amending Emergency Resolution No. 66-2009 approving blanket purchase orders as recommended by the Director of Finance and the City Manager, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 93-2009. A Resolution approving a Then-and-Now Certificate in the amount of $4,392.00 to Utility Service and Supply, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 94-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Jones & Henry Engineers, Ltd. for the Gallaher Road Reconstruction Project, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 95-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to implement a Health Reimbursement Arrangement, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 96-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into agreements by and between the City of Monroe and the Center for Local Government Benefits Pool and the Ohio Mid Eastern Regional Education Services Agency, and declaring an emergency.
Consideration of Motion cancelling the December 22, 2009 meeting of Council.
