New Business
Resolution No. 97-2009. A Resolution consenting to the amendments to the Personnel Policy Manual as approved by the City Manager.
Emergency Resolution No. 98-2009. A Resolution accepting a 2009-2010 Ohio Attorney General's Drug Use Prevention Grant to provide drug use prevention education, and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 99-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement by and between the City of Monroe and Arcadis for professional engineering services for the design phase and bidding phase for Greentree Road Water Main Improvements, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 100-2009. A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract by and between the City of Monroe and Tyler Technologies for 2010 for coverage on the Operating System Database Administrative Support, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Resolution No. 101-2009. A Resolution amending Section 1 of Resolution No. 93-2008 to require non-contract employees to pay twenty percent of their health insurance premium, and declaring an emergency.

Emergency Resolution No. 102-2009. A Resolution utilizing Monroe Mayor's Court as a Beta Test Site for online docketing and ticketing payments module, authorizing the City Manager to execute any and all necessary agreements, and declaring an emergency.

Ordinance No. 2009-35. An Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 2009-34, otherwise known as the Appropriations Ordinance, to meet current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Monroe, during fiscal year ending December 31, 2009.
Ordinance No. 2009-36. An Ordinance providing for temporary appropriations for the City of Monroe, Ohio to meet the ordinary expenses of said City under authority of Ohio Revised Code Section
5705.38 and the Charter of the City of Monroe.
Emergency Ordinance No. 2009-37. An Ordinance authorizing the transfer of the amounts described herein from the General Fund to the Special Assessment Bond Fund and from the 2005 Fire Levy Fund to the 1989 Fire Levy Fund, and declaring an emergency.
Emergency Ordinance No. 2009-38. An Ordinance authorizing the transfer of the amounts described herein from the from the General Fund to the 1989 Fire Levy Fund, Police Law Enforcement Fund, and Street Fund, and declaring an emergency.
