Tonight the Monroe School Board
will vote on buying for $912,500.00 Bern's building at 500 Yankee Rd,at tonight's board
meeting.
When asked about the nearly $1 Million Dollar Agreement, School
Board Member Tom Birdwell posted, �.. in
monthly cash flow, renting is more expensive in this case, than the lease
purchase we will discusss making. It comes down to cash flow, and this is the
cheapest way.�
